Phasenübergreifende Kooperation (cooperation throughout all stages of teacher training)
- A strong focus is put on cooperation that spans all three stages of teacher training.
- The long-term prospect is an institutionalisation of cooperative efforts that span all stages of teacher training.
- The objective is to promote model projects based on innovative ideas, in order to implement gained insights into everyday teaching.
Cooperation between the three stages of teacher training enhances the understanding of the requirements of the teaching profession. Expansion of teaching concepts spanning all stages can build on already existing projects and the goal is to enable this for all teaching degrees. The subprojects for cooperation spanning all stages are the result of an internal university competition, in the framework of which all faculties which train teachers were able to apply for funding with their respective concepts and strategies.
These are model projects which aim at trying out innovative ideas and concepts, e. g. the idea of a mobile UNI-Klasse (especially equipped classroom) called "teaching concepts" in which students, teacher trainees and in-service teachers jointly develop teaching concepts.
